Independent proof your email was sent.

Proof-Track anchors a cryptographic fingerprint of your outbound email to a public blockchain. Anyone — a court, a counterparty, an auditor — can verify what was sent and when, without trusting you or us.

How it works

No new email client. No plugin. Add one address to the messages that matter.

01 · send

CC or BCC your Proof-Track address

Send as you normally would. Proof-Track receives a copy of the message as it left your server.

02 · fingerprint

We hash the message

Headers, body and attachments are reduced to a SHA-256 fingerprint. The content itself never goes on-chain.

03 · anchor

The fingerprint is written to a public blockchain

The chain's timestamp becomes a tamper-evident record that this exact message existed at that moment.

04 · verify

Anyone can check it

Share the receipt. A third party re-hashes the original email and matches it on-chain — no account needed.

Built for messages that get disputed

"I never got that email" stops being an argument.

Legal & notices

Contract notices, demand letters, lease and termination notices with a verifiable send record.

Compliance

Disclosures and regulatory correspondence with an audit trail that doesn't depend on your own logs.

Business agreements

Quotes, acceptances and change orders — proof of what was offered, and when.

Privacy-first

Only a hash is public. Message content stays private unless you choose to disclose it.
